We develop program’s that are tailored to what you would like to achieve whether it be one-on-one personal training sessions, group personal training sessions, or wedding planning sessions. It doesn’t have to be inside either, we have The park on our doorstep which offers a wealth of outdoor activities which we can conduct such as out door boot camps and running.

About Mike

I have been in fitness industry for 15 years now and my passion for health and fitness is forever growing. The amazing thing about the health and fitness industry is that it is forever evolving and always keeps me on my toes.

My Passion started when I lost all my weight which i carried from a child in to my early 20’s. I run Group exercise classes, and conduct regular weekly one to one sessions from my studio based in Market Bosworth. I pride my self on getting my clients the results they want. I am always up dating my health and fitness knowledge by going on the most up to date diet and nutritional and fitness courses.

Qualifications: level 2/3Gym instructor / Level 3 Personal Trainer / Level 3 Diet and nutrition / ETM Level 2 / Fitness Pilates / Step

About Tom

I’m Tom I’ve been working as a Sports Coach, specialising in hockey and cricket for the past 10 years and have diversified into Personal Training over the past 12 months.

I’ve found a great balance mixing my time between a hockey pitch, cricket square, the MBPTS studio and even the odd golf course along the way. Having qualified with a level 3 advanced diploma in personal training I’ve wasted no time in furthering my qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Exercise referral. As you would imagine I have a real passion for results weather that’s on a sports pitch, in a gym, chasing my toddler around the house, or my spaniels round a field.

I can’t wait to get stuck into helping clients achieve their goals and making a real impact on their lives.

About Joanne

I qualified as an Exercise to Music Teacher in 1994 after suffering a back injury and wanting to know more about how to manage her condition through exercise.

I have trained in and taught everything from LBT, Step, Circuits, Aerobics, Spinning at The Fields Fitness Centre in Hinckley and more recently Fitness Pilates and HIIT in association with Mike Bines Personal Training Services.

I am also a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritionist offering a range of holistic treatments at her home based practice Congerstone Holistic Health Clinic. She loves to motivate and encourage people to make small changes for big gains towards long term whole health of the mind, body and spirit.
