Boot camps are a great way to motivate you weather you are a regular trainer already, or have been thinking about starting some sort of exercise. They’re not for the faint hearted however, you can work at your own level and different abilities will be taken in to consideration.

Boot camps are a great boost and will leave you feeling energised and lighter. Boot camp weeks include:

  • Running with weighted sacks
  • 5 Mile country speed walks with hand weights and sacks
  • Circuit training sessions
  • Upper / Lower Body Blitz
  • CV Work outs

And much much more…

The Boot camps are run over 5 day’s, Monday to Friday and will involve an hour’s exercise a day. At the beginning of the week you will be weighed in and body fat % will also be taken, a food diary will be issued which must be kept to. The weigh in and Body Fat % will then be taken again after the 5th day and results read out.
