High Intensity Interval Training
Improves your overall fitness performance as well as improves the ability for muscles to BURN FAT.

This is a type of Cardio training that alternates short, very high intensity work outs. The actual HITT Class last 30 minutes, then we will do a 15 minutes ab blast at the end. This class is for people with a reasonable level of fitness already meaning of you do 1 class a week at the minute then you wil have a reasonable level of fitness.

I am looking at staring a beginners HITT class but this one on a Thursday will be for people that do some sort of exercise at the minute. You don’t have to be super fit but you will be super fit once you have taken part for a few weeks.

This class is pay as you go £4.50 per class no need to book in.
