With proven results my one to one training tracks your progression from week to week. I will devise individual programs that will be effective for you. Your long term aims and goals will be broken down in to short term aims so they are achievable and realistic. Your food intake will be looked at by me asking you to complete weekly food diary’s for me to look at
3 months before the big day, 3 one to one sessions per week for 3 months, will also include diet & nutritional advice, a fantastic way to get in shape for the most special day of your life.
